Information for Our Participating Beverage Vendors

Midwest Culinary Institute at Cincinnati State Technical & Community College
3520 Central Parkway
Event time: 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Load in begins at 9:00 a.m. Load -in and set up must be complete by 10:30 am.
NO breakdown until 2 p.m.
Each booth will be provided with ONE 8-foot table and disposables. All tables will have linens on them.

All beverage vendors will be provided with 9 ounce clear plastic cups. You may request specific glassware but we may not be able to provide it. 

Kitchens at MCI are not available for use. 
Plan on 300 portions; the final attendance numbers will be sent Monday, October 9.

Directions to the loading dock at the Midwest Culinary Institute at Cincinnati State:

From I-75, exit onto Hopple Street, east
North on Central Parkway about 2 miles
Right after going under the walkway over the road, turn right (east) onto College Drive
Proceed up the hill to stop, turn left and follow the road around the school
Loading dock is on the right, just down the hill past the main entrance to the school
Back into one of the loading bays

To unload if the doors are not open, go up the steps by the dock, turn right and follow the hall through the double doors to receiving, right across the hall from the elevator.
